My story
I was born in Argentina. In my childhood, I moved with my parents and siblings to Sierra Grande, a desolate mining town in the arid region of Argentine Patagonia. Some years later, we traveled north and settled in Carmen de Patagones. From both experiences, I remember the endless views over the desert plateau sinking into the sea. Orange sunsets from the silence of a kayak in the river. Cold and windy weather. Blue sky and loneliness. In my twenties, I moved to Buenos Aires, where I got a Fine Arts degree. Now, I live in Barcelona with my husband and son.

Artistic Influences:
I'm interested in artists who use the line as an expression form. The sense of space of Julie Mehretu; the studies on water and natural disasters by Leonardo Da Vinci, how his sketches become complex line abstractions; Rothko's meditated work, the repetition of the brushstroke and the pure presence of colour in his "colour fields".
About an artistic movement, I am walking between Minimalism and Abstract Expressionism.
